BMW 6 Series Coupe Concept

BMW has just released the 6 Series Coupe Concept, a model that is scheduled to be unveiled at the Paris Auto Show and enter production in 2011. The refined styling, first shown on the four-door Grand Coupe concept in April at the Beijing motor show, provides the new 6-series with clear visual links to other recent BMW models.

The BMW 6 Series Coupe Concept's focus is on providing a luxurious feel to the new car. With a full LED headlights and taillights with L-shaped. And full-length glass roof to allow plenty of light into the opulent cabin. There are no details on the engines. But there are some suggestions 4.4-liter V8 configuration that would develop around 395 horsepower and 609 Nm of torque is under consideration and has the biggest chances to make it to the 6 Series.

Inside, a cacophony of different materials and textures are on show, from piano-black panels to two-tone leather and generous wood in-fill panels, many of which are framed by elegant silver trim. Atop the dash sits a huge 10.2-inch widescreen display, used for the first time in conjunction with the latest generation iDrive system. The technology doesn't stop there either, with a head-up display, 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system, and a 'black panel' instrument display generating the dash information and dials electronically.

The sound system integrates the clean Danish design of Bang & Olufsen with BMW's dynamic three-dimensional style and complements beautifully the interior of the BMW 6 Series Concept car. The B&O High-End Surround Sound System fitted in the BMW coupé comprises of 16 loudspeakers. The tweeter and mid-range drivers sit at the center of the dashboard while four pairs of tweeter and mid-range drivers are located by each seat. There are two additional pairs behind the rear seats. The two subwoofers under the front seats help to produce an even base performance throughout the whole cabin.

The B&O Acoustic Lens Technology (ALT) is responsible for maximizing the sound stage in front of the unit. The 16 loudspeakers are covered with solid aluminum grilles that beautifully complement the lush interiors of this car. The grilles are finished in anodized 'Perl Glanz' color, sport a laser-engraved Bang & Olufsen logo, and appear to float above the interior surface.

Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale

Maserati has benefited tremendously from association with Ferrari, but that means that the trident marque must adopt a new approach. More luxury-oriented market than the raw performance of it's big brother .that doesn't mean they can't push the envelop even a little bit .

It's called MC Stradale. The ultimate version of the Gran Turismo bridges the gap between road and race models in the same way the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale did in its day. To get there Maserati's tuned the chassis, aero and engines closely resemble the levels attainted on racing versions MC Trofeo spec racer and the GT4.

Modena claims increased downforce without a commensurate increase in drag, while the engine has been boosted to 450 horsepower as compared to the 430 in the existing GranTurismo S.

Lotus Elite

These are the first images and details released on the most anticipating Lotus Elite ,set to be released in the Paris Motor Show .

As brilliant as it's chassis dynamics are , the Lotus has been in need of a design revolution for some time now .and these pictures are the revolutionary design . you can see that the Elite marks a styling departure from the language spoken by the Elise and Evora. These pictures represent what recently hired designer Donato Coco has planned for the future Lotus vehicles, and comes wrapped around a front/mid-engined 2+2 shape. The show car actually showcases a retractable hardtop – a first for Lotus and a potential shocker to company founder Colin Chapman's ethos of extreme weight savings, the car tipping the scales at 1650 kg (3600 lbs).

Underneath that front hood sits a version of the 5.0-liter V8 from the Lexus IS F, coupled to unique automatic transmission with optional integrated hybrid boost. With a massive 611 horsepower on tap, Lotus estimates 0-62 mph times in a scant 3.6 seconds (give or take) and its 315 km/h (195 mph) top speed should be enough to propel it into the supercar leagues. The car you see here is a conceptual preview of the production model, slated to hit the market in 2014 .

G-Power BMW X6 Typhoon RS

BMW tuner G-Power had released different packages for BMW X6 before, but with the latest one they've gone berserk. Apparently they wanted to make the ultimate X6 ever, so they took an X6M, gave it a massive body kit and then squeezed a V10 BMW M5's V10 engine under the bonnet. The results is G-Power Typhoon RS BMW X6 M – the fastest SUV in the world.

It's not the standard V10 of course, it's the same they've put in their M5 Hurricane RR which is grown from 5.0 to 5.5 litres and tuned to churn out a colossal 900 hp and 870 Nm of torque. The main sources of this huge power is the twin ASA T1-316 compressors which will be cooled to optimum performance temperatures by the double- flow, water-cooled intercooler.

An optimised data map for the engine electronics is also available for the V10 power train. The result is a top speed of more than 205 mph (330 km/h), zero to 62 mph time of 4.2 seconds, zero to 124 mph in less than 13.0 seconds. With this kinda performance the tuner had to use high-tech brake system equipped with 410 mm carbon-ceramic brake disks and 6-piston callipers to keep things under control.

The car's ridiculously showy body kit and 23-inch G-Power Silverstone RS forged wheels are also in harmony with the car's inner power. In the vehicle interior, the main subject is weight reduction. After getting rid of the heavy xDrive all-wheel drive and making use of titanium as the material for the exhaust system, the four ultra-light carbon individual seats in the vehicle interior complete the weight reduction programme.

G-Power BMW X6 Typhoon RS has got everything it needs to steal the heart and soul of incredibly rich but awfully tasteless folks who are willing to spend a staggering €675,000 ($887,OOO) on it! But it is limited to only 5 units worldwide.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing by Brabus

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing is already one of the eye-catching supercars I have ever laid eyes on. However, if you're a tuner by the name of Brabus, than you can definitely find a way to get a little more out of the new Gullwing.

Carbon fiber, handling and ultra lightweight. That's the guiding principle of Brabus for refining the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. The exclusive sport program comprises aerodynamic-enhancement components made from carbon fiber, ultra-lightweight forged wheels, an electronically adjustable smooth-ride suspension, a titanium exhaust system with bypass gate and Brabus leather.

The aero package includes a front spoiler said to further reduce lift on the front axle, new covers for both the air inlets on the front bumper and fenders, a small rear boot spoiler, and a new rear bumper element that features custom-tailored cutouts for the four exhaust tips of the sport exhaust system.

Under the hood, Brabus engineers installed a titanium sport exhaust system which weighs 12 kilograms (26 lbs) less than the standard one, that adds an extra ten horsepower to the engine's standard 563 hp. It features 84mm (3.3 inch) tips and a pneumatically controlled bypass gate that is activated from the cockpit. If you're disappointed the 6.3-liter V8 hasn't been turned into some kind of asphalt swallowing monster, Brabus promises their engine tuning program is in the final stage of development and should be released soon.

The Brabus Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG rides on a new set of wheels custom-developed for the model. They measure 20-inches at the front and 21-inches at the rear. The ultra-light Brabus Monoblock F PLATINUM EDITION cross-spoke wheels are up to 12 percent lighter than the stock wheels of the SLS AMG. Also available is a height-adjustable suspension system that can lower the ride height of the sports car by up to 40 millimeters (1.6 inches) while also allowing the driver to choose between damper settings that offer a more comfortable or sportier ride compared to the production suspension, all through the touch of a button.

No tuned vehicle would be complete without an interior to match. Standard accessories include a 250-mph speedometer that hints at what could be in store in terms of engine upgrades, a new steering wheel, stainless steel door sills with an illuminated Brabus logo, and matte-anodized aluminum sport pedals. Brabus will customize the interior completely in leather or Alcantara, with color choices limited only by taste, and customers can request specific trim (i.e. carbon fiber, mahogany, bamboo) be fitted to the dashboard, center console, and door panels.

Mercedes S600 iBusiness Sedan

Brabus, a name that is associated with modified Mercedes Benzes, has announced its latest creation – the Mercedes S600 iBusiness Sedan. The S600 iBusiness package gives the two rear seats an iPad each as well as a 64GB iPod touch. Both of the iPads can not only be used for work but can control the car's audio, navigation and phone systems.

Designed to be the ultimate executive sedan, the iBusiness boasts a revised front fascia, aluminum sport fenders, aggressive side skirts with integrated lighting, a modified rear diffuser, a sport exhaust system, and Monoblock light-alloy wheels, available in sizes from 19 to 21 inches, with Pirelli or Yokohama tires.

Under the hood, Brabus has shoehorned in a twin-turbocharged 6.3-liter V12 that produces 750 horsepower and 995 pound-feet of torque, though the torque output has been electronically limited to ONLY 811 lb-ft. Hitting 62 miles per hour takes just 4.0 seconds, and with your pedal pressed firmly to the floor, you'll hit 211 mph when all is said and done. Power is routed to the rear wheels by a five-speed automatic transmission and Brabus offers a custom limited-slip differential to maximize overall traction. It's staggeringly quick, this iBusiness.

But, the most unique thing about Brabus Mercedes S600 iBusiness Sedan, however, is its interior.

The epicenter of the system is an ultra-small Mac minicomputer placed under the rear shelf. Connected to the system are two iPads in the rear compartment to play movies, music and Connect to the Internet and control the entire functioning of the S-Class COMAND system, which includes the radio, the telephone and the navigation system.

The entertainment system also includes a 15.2-inch TFT display set inside a headliner which is covered with Alcantara and contrasted with leather. For music, there is a 64GB Apple iPod touch, with a 14, 000+ song capacity, which is synced with either the S-Class sound system or Sennheiser Noise Gard headphones. The system also provides for USB2.0 ports in the rear compartments for connecting devices. You can dock two tablet PCs and a Bluetooth keyboard in the rear adjustable tables provided for them. The car features custom-made compartments to put away all these gadgets when not in use. A BRABUS app for iPad and iPhone to be launched shortly will also come as a part of the deal.

The Brabus iBusiness is built to order and can be combined with any engine variant from the S 350 to the S 65. Alternatively any existing current S-Class model can be equipped with the innovative multimedia system and all other Brabus options.

2012 Ford Focus ST

The 2012 Ford Focus ST will be the brand’s first high-performance model developed under the watchful eye of its global performance vehicle team, and while the hatch you see here is being billed as a design study. The new Ford Focus ST will be the centerpiece of the automaker’s display at the upcoming 2010 Paris Auto Show. The Focus ST is slated to go on sale in early 2012, about a year after its stablemates begin to reach dealers in North America and Europe.

Continental Flying Spur

The new Continental Flying Spur is a saloon that offers any thing a customer wants and needs. But when it comes to the Japanese, there’s always something to be improved and upgraded and Wald International is known for the rather large number of cars that it has modified. This time, the Japanese tuners rolls out the Black Bison package for Bentley’s Flying Spur.
The package is primarily visual, adopting a fresh aero kit comprised of a new front bumper (incorporating bigger vents and LED running lights), side skirts, a rear bumper with faux-diffuser, and itty-bitty little spoilers on the trunk lid and side windows. A quad-pipe exhaust system is also on offer, along with extra carbon fiber trim and spoke-tastic new wheels.

The package is completed by a set of trim spoilers on the front and rear side windows plus carbon fiber pieces on the B-columns, and Wald’s own multispoke alloy wheels.

SS Ultimate Aero II

The SS Ultimate Aero TT was the fastest car in the world with 256-mph record speed, until Bugatti Veyron  reclaimed that title with the new Veyron Super Sport a few weeks ago.
In August at Monterey, the Ultimate Aero successor, the Ultimate Aero II, penned by new Saab design chiefJason Castriota , was unveiled in a private ceremony captured on YouTube. It was all a tease. The car was never actually shown in the ‘unveiling’ video, only the attendees’ reaction to it.
And now we know why. Jalopnik has secured a pair of leaked images slated to appear in Top Gear magazine in conjunction with the car’s official launch next week.  It’s got an edgier, more assertive appearance than its predecessor, and we can only assume that it has the power to back up its menacing new looks.
